We provide our services at no cost to property owners and will work to find quality tenants for your rental properties. In addition to advertising your property on our website, we utilize other media, and place rental posters in the window of our busy downtown storefront. In some instances, we will have a list of qualified tenants who are a good match for your property before it is even advertised!

Once we receive an application from a prospective tenant, we will check references from previous landlords, verify the applicant’s employment history, and conduct a credit/background check. We will then call you to discuss the application, allowing you to make the final decision about the applicant. Once an applicant is chosen, we will coordinate the lease signing and will collect funds that are due for rent and security deposit. Our office can provide the lease format, or you may have your own format.
