We are a fee for service brokerage firm, and in addition to the cost of running a credit and background check on applicants, we charge tenants a fee equal to ½ of one month’s rent for our services. While the $25 fee for the credit and background check is nonrefundable, our rental fee is fully refundable in the event that tenancy is not established.
